Hydrocolloid and Salicylic Acid Dots:
Make sure the affected area is clean. Peel the appropriate-sized dots from the plastic backing. Cover the entire whitehead or blemish with a dot, pressing to ensure even contact with the skin. Allow the dot to remain in place for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
Nose Strips:
Start with a clean face. Thoroughly wet nose to activate the adhesive. Peel plastic backing from the strip and apply to the nose, smooth side down. Press to ensure even contact with the skin. Allow the strip to dry in place for 10-15 minutes, until stiff. Gently peel off the strip, starting at the edges and pulling toward the center. Rinse residue.
