In case of receiving of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you.
Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering.
Addoony prides itself on the timely delivery of your beauty products and as long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via emailing us at email@example.com. Or whatsapp 33413188 before 5 pm.
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order. However if the order is cancelled once shipped, such customer account will get blocked for future (cash on delivery) ordering.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer website credit for gift returns. All gift returns will be credited to the credit card of the gift purchaser upon receipt of the return.
